Beginner/Intermediate Level: Students will learn the basic cheer fundamentals including: kicks, jumps, cheer dances, simple stunts, and cheers (25min) the second part of class will be spent on tumbling basics including: Cartwheels, forward rolls, handstands, round offs, bridges, back bends, back walkovers and introduce back handsprings as skills increase.

Intermediate/Advanced Level: Students will spend the first 30 minutes working on cheers, kicks, jumps, cheer dances, stunts, crowd leading. The remaining class time will focus on more advanced tumbling including: back walk over, Back handsprings, back tucks, aerials, back layouts, and tumbling passes.

Saturday Cheer clinic: COMING JANUARY 2025 - APRIL 2025 The purpose of this clinic is to prepare young athletes for Middle school, Jr. High or High school Cheer tryouts. The focus of the clinic will be on jumps: kicks, cheer dances, crowd leading (which is actually quit intimidating if you have never done that before), stunts and tumbling. We are excited to have Kendall Clare and Joanna Johnson run the clinic. Both of these experienced instructors currently coach in tumbling gyms and are apart of the cheer staff at locals schools (Spanish fork High School and Centennial Middle School). One of the most important and beneficial aspects of the clinic is the week of cheer tryouts! Our awesome coaches and staff will help assist the attendees in learning their assigned cheer and cheer dance given to them by their tryout school ( if your child is trying out for the cheer team at Spanish Fork High or Cenntennial Middle School they will bring in other coaches to help since that would be a conflict of interest) Together, they will help these athletes prepare for their big day!
