Breakin Circles Policies
Payment Policy:
Your card will be charged at registration, and then the same day each month following.
Cancellation Policy:
A 30 day notice is required for all class cancellations.
Classes are enrolled on a per semester basis (August-May and/or June-July) students must pay for the semester. In the event that a student decides to cancel or stop attending, s/he must submit a written notice; otherwise, no payment cancellation will occur. When a cancellation notice is received by the 5th of the month, auto payment will conclude at the end of that month. If a cancellation notice is received after the 5th of the month, payment will also be drafted for the following month's tuition. Enrollees agree to pay all expenses previously incurred upon notice of cancellation.
Make up classes:
During the course of the semester it is most beneficial for students to attend the class they are registered for, however, two makeup classes per child are permitted per season (Aug-Dec, Jan-May, June-July). Please contact our Studio Manager via text or email, Jami Black, 801-214-1363 (jami.breakincircles@gmail.com) when scheduling a make up class.
Dress Guidelines:
Tumbling: clothes you can safely move in (no jeans or dresses) and hair pulled back
Ballet: leotard, skirt, ballet shoes and hair pulled back
Jazz: leggings and leotard or shirt you can move in and hair pulled back
Hip Hop: athletic shoes, clothes you can move in and hair pulled back
Breakdance: athletic shoes, clothes you can move in and hair pulled back
Performances:
We hold two yearly performances. One in December and one in May.
Performance/Costume Fees:
Performance and costume fees are drafted approximately two months before both our winter and spring performance.
Registration Fee:
There is an annual, $20 registration fee per student drafted after registration.
Classroom Observation:
In an effort to minimize distractions we ask parents to drop their child off at the beginning of class and pick them up at the end of class. If you would like to observe, you may come in the last 5-10 minutes of class.
Breaks and Holidays:
Breakin Circles follows the Provo School District calendar for Holidays and breaks. We will not hold classes the following Holidays and breaks:

Spring Break
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Pioneer Day
Labor Day
Fall Break
Thanksgiving Break
Christmas Break
